★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여기서 컴퓨터 청소를 받은 당일날 전원을 켜니 디스크 드라이브가 불타 컴퓨터가 완전히 고장났습니다(현재도 보관 중) 이 업체에 전화하니 본인 잘못이 아니라 우기더군요 그리고 부품 중에 램카드 한 개가 없어져서 따지니까 그제서야 본인이 실수로 빼뒀다고 하더군요 컴퓨터 청소하는데 랜카드 한 개만 빼둘 이유가 뭡니까? ㅋㅋㅋ 전화로 따지니 아무튼 자긴 잘못 없다며 정신병자라고 욕설을 쓰더라고요 그때 대화내용 다 녹음해서 백업 해뒀습니다
돈 4만원 쓰고 컴퓨터는 불타 고장났는데 변상도 못 받은 거 생각하면 엄청 화나네요 ㅎㅎ 제가 조용히 넘어가줄 때 감사함을 느끼셨으면 합니다 자기 잘못도 모르는 못 배워먹은 사람은 아니죠?

+)사장 댓글에 돈 주긴 싫고..이건 또 뭔가요? 제가 컴퓨터 찾아갈 때 돈 다 줬고 카드 내역도 남아있을텐데 이건 또 무슨 수작인지?? 돈 못 받은 척 구라치면 좋게 넘어갈 거 같나요? ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 양심이 없네요 오히려 저한테 돈 돌려주고 컴퓨터도 변상해주셔야죠 점포 내고 장사하면서 대응이 이따위입니까?
On the same day that the computer was cleaned, the disk drive burned down and the computer was completely broken (still in storage). When I called this company, it wasn't my fault, it was rainy. They said they left it off. What's the reason for removing only one LAN card to clean the computer? ㅋㅋㅋ When I answered on the phone, he swears that he was a psychopath, saying he wasn't wrong anyway. At that time, I recorded all the conversations and backed them up.
I'm very upset when I think that I spent 40,000 won and my computer was broken, but I didn't even get reimbursed haha. I want you to feel grateful when I go over it quietly.

+) I don't want to give money to the boss's comments... what else is this? When I went to the computer, I paid all the money and the card details will remain. What else is this?? If you pretend you didn't get the money, would you like it? ㅋㅋㅋㅋ I really don't have any conscience. Rather, you have to return the money to me and reimburse me for the computer.
