★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 살기 좋아요! 근처에 초중고 다 있고 근처에 홈플러스도 있고 CGV도 있어서 좋아요. 하지만 놀기에는 좀 그렇다는게 아쉬움.
I live! It is near Kindergarten, there is Homeplus nearby, and CGV is good. But I am sad that I am a little bit like playing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - 단지 바로 옆에 광역버스(7770, 3000, 2007 등) 정류장 있어 서울로의 접근성이 매우 좋음. 사당역이나 강남역에서 지하철로 환승하면 끝. 다만 출근시간대에는 한두 정거장 전에서 만차상태가 되는 슬픈 상황이 발생함. 러시아워를 피해 조금 일찍 출근(8시 조금 전 사무실 도착한다 생각하면 편함)해 사무실에서 한 잠 자는것을 추천함.
- 단지 바로 옆에 공항리무진 정류장 있음.
- 단지 내 조원2동 주민센터와 경찰전직지원센터(구 파출소)가 있고 단지 바로 옆에 장안구청이 위치함
- KT위즈파크 야구장, 홈플러스, CGV 등이 걸어서 10분내 거리에 위치함. 북수원 일대에서 제법 큰 상권이 단지 부근에 형성되어 있음.
- 등산을 하고 싶으면 그냥 단지 뒤편으로 10분만 걸어서 광교산을 오르면 되고, 호수변을 산책하고 싶으면 단지 앞 경수대로를 건너 조금만 걸어가면 만석공원임. 이른바 배산임수의 입지.
- 인덕원 동탄선 전철역이 바로 인근 개통예정이나 착공은 언제 하려나?
- There is a bus stop (7770, 3000, 2007, etc.) right next to the station, so access to Seoul is very good. It ends when you change by subway from Sadang Station or Gangnam Station. However, there is a sad situation in which one or two stops before the office hours. I work a little early to avoid the rush hour (it is easy to think that I arrive at the office a little before 8 o'clock).
- Airport limousine station just next door.
- There is a munjowon 2 dong residents center and a police officer support center (old police box), and it is located just next to Jangan-gu office.
- KT Wizpark Baseball Stadium, Homeplus and CGV are within 10 minutes walking distance. There is a large commercial area in the vicinity of the complex.
- If you want to climb, you just have to walk 10 minutes to the back of Gwanggyo Mountain. If you want to take a walk on the lake side, just cross the front road and walk for a short distance. The place of so-called abortion.
- When the Indukwon Dongtan Line subway station is scheduled to be opened nearby or when construction starts?

30 minutes to Gangnam. Ward office, large mart, theater, fashion outlet are 5 minutes away
