★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아니 족발집이 맛은 있는데.... 배달 주문했더니 고기 삶고 있다고 50분 후에 가능하다고 하고.. , 배달원 6시 30분에 출근한다고 그 전에는 배달 안 된다고 하고.... 정말 서비스는 엉망이네요...ㅠ

족발은 국내산
보쌈은 독일산
취향에 따라 보쌈을 먹을 땐 비빔냉면을 시켜 싸먹으면 참 맛있게 먹을 수 있다.
양념새우젓을 찍어먹어도 맛있고
보쌈김치에 싸먹어도 맛있고
쌈채소에 마늘과 고추를 얹어 싸먹어도 맛있고
막걸리에도 소주에도 아주 잘어울리는 술안주이다.
돼지 특유의 누린내가 하나도 안나고
한약냄새가 심하게 나는 것도 아니고
아주 깔끔한 맛을 자랑한다.
참고로 수육은 껍데기가 붙어있는 오겹살형태로 나오는데 고기가 식으면 껍데기가 서로 붙어 고기가 잘 안떨어지는 단점이 있지만 그전에 다 먹으면 되기 때문에 걱정할 필요는 없다.
개인적인 의견이지만 상추는 족발과 어울리고 쌈배추는 보쌈과 어울려서 아주 맛있는 한쌈을 먹을 수 있다.
거의 다 배달이나 방문포장으로 가져가서 먹지만 식당에서 먹는 맛도 괜찮으니 식당에서 먹는 것을 추천한다.

It's a personal opinion, but lettuce goes well with pork feet and ssam cabbage goes with bossam, so you can eat very delicious hanssam.
Almost everything is eaten by delivery or in a door-to-door packaging, but it is recommended to eat at a restaurant as it tastes good.
