★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST travel agency EVER. Liars and cons. Booked for April 27 all-day tour package of DMZ. Called the 3-nights before to confirm booking. Even got instruction to meet driver at 7am on the day of tour at the hotel lobby. Guess what, no show. Called to ask, after bouncing from one person to the next, because they have no idea what was going on, finally got in touch with the original girl who booked me. She said, she called me to confirm but I did not pick up the call (lies). Said she even texted me (lies). I asked to which number, of course she could not reply. Asked me if I can go on Friday instead. What idiot!!! Not everyone on the tour lives in Seoul! What if you are on a limited time visit to Korea and tried to squeeze this in? Is she really that dumb? Look for someone else. What amateurs...
