주방장겸 사장님 1분이 조리하기에 주문이 밀리면 다소 늦게 음식이 나오지만 기다린 보람이 있는 음식맛이 있딘

It looks like champon has soybean paste. It looks like a mixture of two half-jangjang with Jjajang.. It is a real fusion.. It is a different taste with the taste that the likes and dislikes are different..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 탕수육 고기가 냄새를 어찌 잡았는지 연하고 냄새가 없으면서 육향만 있어요.바삭하고맛나요.뭐 짜장면과짬봉도 충분히 맛좋아요. 다만 인테리어및 주차가 별루임.

매력적인 중식당입니다
가지탕수육, 볶음밥, 짜장면
가지탕수육은 갓 튀긴 가지와 탕수육 소스의 조화가 너무 좋습니다. 가지 튀김을 아무것도 찍지 않고 먹어도 부드럽고 맛있는데 새콤달콤한 탕수육 소스와의 조화가 좋네요
볶음밥에서는 사장님의 정성이 느껴지네요. 냉동 믹스 야채를 사용하실 수도 있으실텐데 야채 하나하나를 칼로 다지셔서 정성스럽게 볶아주셨네요. 볶음밥의 불맛은 셰프가 웍을 얼마나 돌리는지에 따라 좌우될 텐데 적당한 불맛도 좋았습니다.
짜장면도 맛났구요
다음엔 어떤 메뉴를 먹어볼지 벌써부터 기대가 되는 곳이네요
정성스러운 음식 맛있게 잘먹고 갑니다.

Jjajangmyeon was also delicious
