★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. 연어를 먹었는데 비리다. 보통 신선도를 위해 차게 보관하는데 여기 연어는 미지근~시원의 중간단계에 있음. 뜨뜻한 식감과 함께 비린내가 풍겨오니 와사비 많이 올려 먹길 바람. 육회는 다른 단골손님에서도 똑같은 평범한 맛
2. 홀직원 응대교육이 필요해보인다. 일하는 거 싫어하는 게 눈에 보임. 술집 알바가 힘들다고는 하지만, 가게 들어오자마자 홀직원보고 '장사 하기 싫은가보다' 생각함. 알바생이라면 교육이 필요해보이고, 매니저/ 점장이라면 본사차원에서 대처가 필요해보임.
1. I ate salmon, but it's fishy. Usually kept cold for freshness, but the salmon here is in the middle of lukewarm to cool. It has a hot texture and a fishy smell, so it is best to add a lot of wasabi. Yukhoe has the same ordinary taste in other regular customers
2. Hall staff response training seems to be necessary. I can see that I hate working. It is said that it is difficult to find a bar, but as soon as I enter the store, I see the hall staff and think,'I don't want to do business. If you are an Alba student, you will need education, and if you are a manager/manager, you will need to cope with it at the head office level.

근데 테이블 간격이 좁아서 그런지 주변에서 시끄럽게 하는게 소리가 너무 크게 들렷어요... 조용한 분위기보다는 시끌벅적하게 즐기기엔 좋은거 같아요ㅎ
Six times of bibimbap! It's delicious! It's really perfect as a snack.
But the gap between the tables is so narrow that the noise was so loud around me ... I think it's better to enjoy it louder than a quiet atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 양 많고 맛 준수하나. 식당 처음 운영해서 그런지 너무 대기시간 오래 걸리고 동일 메뉴 시켰는데도 한거번에 안나오고 띄엄띄엄 나옴. 이러한 사항 개선시키지 못하면 자주 방문 안할것 같음.
It's plentiful and tastes good. It's the first time we've run a restaurant, so the waiting time is too long, and even though we ordered the same menu, they didn't come out all at once. If these things are not improved, I don't think I will visit often.
