★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 별5점짜리였는데 최근 방문하니 맛이 변했습니다. 원래 수제비 주문 들어가면 조리 시작해서 조금 기다려야하는 편인데 그날은 주문하자마자 바로 나오더군요. 아마 수제비 반죽을 미리 익혀서 육수에 부어나오는 방식으로 바꾼거같은데 반죽은 불어서 힘이없고 국물은 완전 맹탕이었습니다. 칼국수는 그대로라던데 수제비 담당하는 사장님이 옮기신건가요? 그날만 그랬던건지.. 예전맛으로 돌아오면 좋겠네요

It seems like I changed the sujebi dough by pre-cooking it and pouring it into the broth, but the dough was blown so it wasn't strong, and the soup was completely hot. Kalguksu is said to be the same, but was the boss in charge of sujebi moving? Was it just that day? I hope it will return to the old taste

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 오징어덮밥은 탱탱한 오징어 많고, 간도 잘 맞아서 맛있습니다. 너무 맵지도 너무 달지도 않은 적당한 맛입니다. 공기밥과 오징어 볶음을 따로 소담스럽게 담아주시고, 수제비 육수 국물을 함께 주셔서 밥만 먹기에도 좋습니다.
별 기대 안하고 주문한 납작만두가 의외의 감동입니다. 떡볶이 국물 찍어먹으면 더 맛있을 것 같은데 살짝 아쉽네요. 적당히 아삭아삭 속은 쫀득쫀득해서 식감도 일품입니다.
그리고 감자전은 정말 맛있었어요! 막걸리랑 한 장 곁들이기 딱 좋은 맛입니다. 바삭바삭한 맛과 촉촉하고 부드러운 맛에 양념 간장 곁들이니 입에서 사르르 녹습니다!
가장 비싼 메뉴도 7천원를 넘지 않으니 물가 비싼 광화문 부근에서 이 정도면 가성비도 좋은 편입니다.
이상, 수제비 집에서 수제비 빼고 나머지 음식들만 주문해서 먹어본 리뷰입니다. ㅋ
