된장박이 삼겹살이라 그런지 살짝 간이 된 듯한 느낌이예요
쫀득쫀득합니다. 다만 겉에 된장 양념이 묻어 있어 굽는데 세심한 컨트롤이 필요합니다. 잘못하면 빨리 탈 수 있어요. 그리고 화장실은 가급적 참으세요

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 처음 가본곳이지만 정말 먹어본 삼겹살 중 으뜸이라고 해도 될 정도로 맛있었어요!된장박이 삼겹살 정말 환상이었습니다. 그리고 후식 냉면도 너무 맛있었어요♡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 일단 맛있습니다 한번쯤 가보는거 나쁘지 않습니다 다만 노포가 운영하는 가게고 사람이 많아 주문속도와 음식나오는데 시간이 좀 있습니다. 날씨 더울때가면 무지 덥습니다.. 참고하시길 음식들은 전부 만족입니다 된장박이 삼겹이라 구워서 따로 소금을 찍지 않아도 간이 되어있고 밑반찬으로 같이 나오는 김치는 같이 구워먹으면 맛있습니다

고기는 정말 그 어디에서도 먹어볼수가 없는 특별한 맛이다. 된장숙성하여 소금을 찍어먹지 않아도 어느정도 간이 되어있는 상태로 순수하게 고기만 먹는 고기파도 쌈을 부른다.
된장찌개 역시 서비스라고는 생각이 들지 않을 정도로 푸짐하고 퀄리티있게 나온다. 밥에 꼭 비벼먹었으면...
오늘 갔을땐 살짝 덜 익었지만 김치 역시 빠질수 없을 정도로 고기와 잘 어울려 환상의 궁합을 이룬다.
다만...가게 시스템이 많은 손님을 받기엔 재대로 갖춰져 있지 않아 뒤죽박죽...아마 마감시간or완전 어중간한 시간대에 가지 않으면 후식냉면을 에피타이저 마냥 먹어야 할 불상사가 생길수도 있다. (오늘 옆테이블은 나와 비슷하게 들어와 앉았지만 우리가 다 먹을때쯤 숯이 들어왔다...고기는 나왔지만 숯이 없어 구워먹지 못해 주변 테이블만 쳐다보면서 입맛을 다시는데 미안해 죽겠더라...)
배가 고프지 않아도 최상을 맛을 느낄수 있으니 여기는 절대 배고프지 않을때 가는것을 추천...간다면 반드시 손님지옥을 경험하게 될것이다?

However...the store system is not properly equipped to receive many customers, so it's a mess...If you don't go to the deadline or at a completely inconsistent time, you may have an unfortunate situation where you have to eat cold noodles like an appetizer. (Today, the table next to me came in and sat down similarly to me, but when we were all done, charcoal came in... The meat came out, but there was no charcoal, so we couldn't grill it, so we only looked at the tables around us and ate it, sorry to die...)
You can taste the best even if you are not hungry, so I recommend going here when you are never hungry... If you go, you will definitely experience a guest hell?
