이 학원에 문제가 생겼을 때 학원 측에 문제제기를 하면 절대 받아들여지지 않습니다.
반드시 처음부터 신문고 혹은 수원고용노동부에 신고해야 문제가 약간 해결됩니다.
애초에 이 학원에 가지 않는 것을 추천드립니다. 꼭 다른 학원을 알아보고 공부하시는 것이 낫습니다. 저는 여기서 공부할 때 배운것보다 혼자 공부한 것이 더 많았습니다.
일례로 학생들에게 자습시키고 강사가 코 골고 자고 있는데, 학원은 해당 강사가 정상적이고, 강의를 잘 한다며 오해가 있는 것 같다는 말이나 합니다.
다시 말씀드리지만 이 학원에 오는 것은 절대 권장드릴 수가 없고, 국가지원으로 이 학원에 온지 얼마 되지 않은 시점(1주~2주)라면 패널티 없이 학원 취소를 할 수 있으니 그 사이에 이상한 느낌이 들었다면 빠르게 행동하시는 것이 좋습니다.

We recommend that you do not go to this academy in the first place. It is better to find another school and study. I learned more on my own than I learned while studying here.
For example, students are self-study and the instructor is snoring and sleeping, but the academy says that the instructor is normal and he is good at teaching, and that there seems to be a misunderstanding.
Again, I cannot recommend coming to this academy, and if you have just come to this academy with state support (1 to 2 weeks), you can cancel the academy without penalty. It's good to act.
