 Located in the basement of Shinsegae Department Store, it is less crowded and quiet than anywhere else, and you can enjoy hand-drip coffee.

맛없음.직원친절도별로.주중에갔는데도 테이블정리 안 된곳 많음.다신안감.일부러 갔는데 스벅가는게나을거같음
Coffee is too light compared to other stores.
No taste. Very friendly staff. There are many places where the table was not organized even though I went on weekdays. Lining again. I went on purpose, but I think it would be better to go there.

직원분들 친절하시고, 원두구매 설명도 좋았음.
지하 1층 끝부분에 있어 조금 외지긴 하지만, 매장 사방이 트여있어 시끄럽고 장소가 좁은 편.
커피는 좋았음.

The staff were friendly and the beans were good to explain.
It's a bit remote at the end of the first basement floor, but it's noisy and narrow due to the open spaces.
Coffee was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an 'Iced Green Tea Latte, no syrup' got charged for and received a green float - which is some bizarre drink w espresso on the bottom and a scoop of green tea ice cream on the top. Looks interesting but it wasn't what I ordered and I didnt want (don't like) espresso. Return it and asked for my drink again to the same guy.. .. .. but I forgot to remind him 'no syrup'. So of course, they put syrup in it. And the place is busy... it was my responsible to remind him. Anyway, the drink is unbearably sweet when the syrup is added. I took two drinks and gave up. Frustrated, I left the drink on the counter and waited for my partner to finish his americano.
Later, an employee timidly approached me asking if my drink was the abandoned one on the counter. I explained ('no syrup' but yes there is syrup) as she's offering me a new complimentary drink of iced chamomile tea. This was prolly b/c they assumed I didn't like what I ordered and was incredibly kind of them to offer me something else. (Tragically I hate chamomile tea, though) but once she understood the syrup issue, she offered to get me a new green tea latte w no syrup. All this w limited English abilities....
