★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 산 밑에 잏어서 공기도 좋고, 여름엔 시원함. 아파트가 낡아 들어간다면 전체적인 리모델링이 필요할것임. 엘레베이터가 작아서 크레인 이사 필요. 관리비가 좀 쎄게 나오는듯함.
