★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 옥상 위에서 내려다보는 전망이 좋고, 집 구조 역시 괜찮은 편이다.
다만 주차장이 좁고, 앞의 '나이스' 빌라 탓에 에뜨랑제를 처음 찾는 사람에겐 상당한 고역을 선사할 수 있으며, 에뜨랑제 주차장 입구의 쓸데없는(다 시든 풀밖에 없는) 화단 탓에 큰 차량은 진입하지도 못한다는 단점이 있다.
 The view from the rooftop is good, and the structure of the house is good.
However, due to the narrow parking lot and the ``Nice'' villa in front, it can be quite tremendous for first-time visitors to Etranje, and large vehicles cannot enter due to the useless (only retired grass) flowerbeds at the entrance to the Etranger parking lot. There are drawbacks.
