다만 몇키로에 수리해야하는지 조금 알고가면 좋습니다 ^^
It was nice that the staff were kind and helpful every time I went and explained well.
However, it is good to know a little about how many kilometers you need to repair ^^

너무 오래걸려서 참다참다 얼마나걸리냐고 물어보니까 첫마디가
얼굴쳐다보지도않고 퉁명스레 "모르겠어요"
손님상대하는 서비스업에서 이런 멘트들어볼줄은 상상도 못했네요

I couldn't even imagine hearing such a comment in the service industry dealing with customers.
