★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. We made reservations at 5pm and was told we cannot be served until 6pm so we all sat there for an hour while everyone else was served their food. Then when we were served one person didn't get their food until we were about to leave. Will not be coming back here do not recommend.

The menu is sometimes mixed with other tables.
The store is clean.
Recommended menu is hot carbonara, forksteak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rara Cost I believe is located on the 5th Floor. When you first enter, you will likely go through the procedures of the COVID-19 checks. So make sure you have a copy of your vaccination card with you. You will find your own table to dine in at, there will be a menu and a few plates and utensils on the table top. When you are ready to order, just hit the call button and your server will come over to begin with your order. I started off with the Juju Beer. It is nice sweet beer with orange pulp and flavors. I would use a spoon to stir up some of the pulp because it tends to sit on the bottom of the glass. It's not too bad as it reminds me of a Blue Moon, just sweeter. I opted to order the square pepperoni pizza for my lunch. Average wait time for our drinks was about 10 mins and food was like a 15 min wait. It was not too busy during our time. Once my order came out, the pizza was just a regular circle pizza instead of square. I enjoy thin crust pizza, however this pizza was crunchy near the edges and the center was still moist due to the sauce. Overall it was good enough to eat and satisfied my hunger. There are multiple selections for pork steak combinations, mixture of pasta dishes, and a variety of pizza. There are options with the drinks as well, I believe fountain drinks are self serve at the beverage area. You can try to use the Google translator app but we just used point at the picture in the menu, since it was in English too.
