★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 대로변이 아닌 작은 길을 지나서 만나는 옹심이막국수집입니다. 외관이 낡아서 맛이 있을까 의문이 들었지만..맛으로 승부하는 식당이었어요.
비빔 막국수와 옹심이칼국수를 먹었는데 맛보기로 나온 수육 맛에 더 감동했다는ㅠㅠ
1.옹심이칼국수는 깔끔하고 담백한 맛이에요. 조미료를 최대한 줄이고 원재료의 맛을 최대한 끌어냈어요. 옹심이 식감은 감자떡이랑 비슷한데 크기가 작아서 먹는데 부담이 없어 좋았어요.
2.비빔막국수는 생각보다 평범한 맛이에요.
3.수육은 꼭 드셔보세요. 잡내 한개도 없고 지방이 입에 들어가는 순간 사라질 정도로 너무너무 맛있었어요.
완전 추천합니다^^
 Ongsimyi Makguk Soup is a small street, not a street. I was wondering if it would taste good because of the old appearance.
I ate Bibim Makguksu and Ongsimi Kalguksu, but I was more impressed by the taste of the meat
1. Ongsimyi Kalguksu is a refreshing and light taste. I reduced the seasoning as much as possible and brought out the taste of the raw materials as much as possible. The texture of Ongsim is similar to that of potato rice cake.
2. Bibimbak noodles are more ordinary than expected.
3. Please eat the meat. It was so delicious that no fat was found and the fat disappeared the moment it entered the mouth.
I highly recommend it ^^

근데 수육 별도로 시키면 양이 많지는 않네요.
Ongshim here is really good. hehe
But if you do it separately, the quantity is not much.

수육서비스 좋았습니다.
서울에서 강릉여행올때 추천받고 왔는데 서울에서 먹으러 올정도로 특별하지는 않네요.
Ongshim Kalguksu was delicious.
The bibim makguksu is average.
The breeding service was good.
It was recommended to me when I came to Gangneung from Seoul, but it's not special enough to eat in Seoul.

Makguksu is not stimulating. It's cold, so I think Gungga Ongshim tastes better. The beef broth and kimchi that came with it were also good.
