유슬짬뽕, Xo볶음밥, 군만두는 많이 느끼했어요.
 We recommend fried chicken, dumpling soup, fried lemon chicken, shomai dim sum, and jjajangmyeon.
Yuseul Jjamppong, Xo fried rice, and dumplings were very flavorful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여기 짜장면, 처음 맛본 맛이네요.
짜장에 기름은 분명 들어가 있는데, 단짠은 빠져있어, 담백한 편입니다.
면은 질기지 않지만 밀도감이 좋았습니다.
전분이나 글루텐 느낌이 별로없어서 소화에 부담없었어요.
다시 먹고싶은 짜장면입니다.
산동짜장은 청국장처럼 숙성시킨 장으로 만들었다하는데, 콩이 간간히 있었어요.
단맛은 제한적이고, 간이 잘된 숙성장이 은은했습니다. 달지 않고 자극적이지 않은 맛이 꽤 괜찮았습니다.
수정새우딤섬은 만두피가 얇고 만두속에 새우가 많이 들어가 있었습니다.
저민마늘이 들어간 양념간장 맛과 잘어우러져서 별미이네요.
위샹로우쓰는 잡채와 같이 길게 채썰어놓은 요리였습니다. 단맛.새콤한맛.짠맛.매운맛이 어우러져 꽃빵이나 밥과 잘 어울리겠어요.
전반적으로 마음에 드는 중식당 이었습니다.
This is the first time I've tasted jajangmyeon.
There is obviously oil in the jjajang, but the sweet saltiness is missing, so it is rather bland.
The noodles are not chewy, but have good density.
It didn't feel like starch or gluten, so it didn't burden my digestion.
This is the jjajangmyeon I want to eat again.
Shandong Jjajang is made with aged soybean paste like cheonggukjang, but there are occasional beans.
The sweetness was limited, and the well-seasoned aging sauce was subtle. The taste was pretty good, not too sweet and not irritating.
The Sujeong Shrimp Dim Sum had thin dumpling skin and lots of shrimp in the dumplings.
It is a delicacy because it goes well with the flavor of the seasoned soy sauce with minced garlic.
Yuxiangrousu was a dish that was sliced long like japchae. Sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavors go well together with flower bread or rice.
Overall, it was my favorite Chinese restaurant.

중국식 향신료 향을 한국에서 느낄수 있었다가 포인트 입니다
약간의 아쉬움이 있다면
중국식 향신료를 팍팍 쓰셨으면 더 좋았을듯(내 취향)
