★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1년 넘게 다녔는데 연령과 무관하게 반말로 접수보는 일이 잦고, 필요한 게 있어서 물어보면 피식 웃는 경우가 많음.
보험 접수를 위한 서류가 필요한데 4달 미루고 '뭘 몰라서 그렇다'며 안 줌.
전화로 여쭤보니 '직접 와서 말씀하시라구요~ 오실거잖아요, 안 오실거예요? 직접 와서 말해요~' 라고 응대하심. 직접 갔더니 동료 직원 분들과 내 이름 거론하며 킬킬거림. 뭐하시는 거냐고 물었더니 한참을 따지다가 '그럼 뭐 죄송하다고 하면 된거지'라는 식으로 말함. 1년만에 '죄송' 이라는 단어를 그때 처음 들음.
비난할 마음은 전혀 없고 나머지는 괜찮네요 바쁘고 근처에 안과 한군데도 없는데 아주 급한 경우에 일회성으로 가세요^^
