It's hiding, so guests have to go, but the taste is good .. Compared to a techno full of junk restaurants.

찾기 어렵죠. 코스 하나 시키면 적당한 가격에 전, 막국수, 오리 훈제 다 같이 나옵니다. 오리, 막국수를 좋아하신다면 가서 후회는 안 합니다. 엄청난 맛집은 아닙니다만 대전에서 이 정도면 매우 추천할만 합니다.
Old Daejeon Makguksu House
It's hard to find. If you have one course, you can get all the smoked noodles, makguksu and duck at a reasonable price. If you like duck or makguksu, you shouldn't regret it. It's not a huge restaurant, but this is highly recommended in Daejeon.

어딜가나 흔한 막국수 맛(일명 조미료맛) 이게 안나서 그런지 난 뭔가 밋밋했음.
메밀전은 조금만 더 바싹 익혀주면 좋을텐데 (바삭바삭한거 좋아함)
I went there because of the good reviews, but it doesn't suit my taste.
It's not common because it doesn't have the usual flavor of Makguksu (aka seasoning).
It would be better if you cook the buckwheat a little more closely (I like crunchy)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 막국수 메밀전 맛있어요. 양념은 자극적이지 않고 깔끔하고 은은한 단맛이 살짝있어요. 메밀전은 바삭하고 구수해요. 전은 1인분을 주문했는데 찍어먹는 간장을 사람수대로 주신 배려가 좋았습니다. 직원이 친절해요
Makguksu Soba is delicious. The seasoning is not irritating, but has a light and subtle sweet taste. Buckwheat jeon is crispy and juicy. Before, I ordered one serving, but I liked the consideration given to each person with soy sauce for dipping. Friendly staff

개인적으로는 간이 너무 슴슴해서
참기름이나 들기름 몇방울만 더 첨가하면
훨씬 후각적으로도 좋고 풍미가 더해질듯하다
개인적으로 맛은 조금 아쉬운 곳
벽에 붙어있는 밀웜순대 홍보 현수막이
순대를 하지 않음에도 여전히 붙어있어서
솔직히 입맛이 조금 떨어진다...
막국수는 간이 쎄지 않은걸 좋아하는 분들에게 추천!

It smells a lot better and it seems to have more flavor.
