기본 반찬으로는 참치 젓이 나와서 매우 좋음.
참치 젓의 맛에 특유의 비린내가 나지 않았으며,
깔끔하면서 젓갈 특유의 짠맛이 있어서 좋았음.
참치와 함께 곁들여 먹으면 정말 맛있음.
옥수수치즈콘, 튀김, 시사모구이, 메로구이 등이
나옴. 튀김의 경우 정말 맛있었고 시사모 구이는
담백해서 좋았음. 메로구이 역시 느끼하지 않고
담백하며 고소해서 좋았음.
대체적으로 중간 중간에 제공되는 반찬들은
"선"의 경우에는 가마 마블링, 가마살, 비가위 등살,
눈다랑어 뱃살, 적신 등이 나옴.
이 곳 참치의 맛은 약간 시원한 맛이며,
해동이 덜 되었다고 생각할 수도 있음.
각 부위마다 "정참치"만의 특유의 맛이 있긴함.
또한 가격에 비해 가성비가 있다고 볼 수 있음.
