정암리 맛바위마을에서 이정표처럼 언덕위에 선 교회는 지금도 시골종탑을 볼 수 있는 곳이다.
교회종탑에서 내려다 보이는 금강과 농경지는 소박한 시골경관의 아름다움을 듬뿍 담고 있다.
1950년대 지어진 교회는 시골 아이들의 종합문화공간으로 수십년을 지냈고 지금은 어르신과 아낙들의 귀한 영성공간이다.
언덕위의 교회에 오르는 길이 콘크리트 포장이 되어 있어 쉽게 올라 경치를 즐기고 지날 수 있다.
한가지 주위할 것은 조용한 시골마을 사람들의 삶에 방해되지 않게 조용히 풍광을 즐기고 감사히 떠나는 마음을 갖자.

Geumgang and farmland overlooking the church bell tower are full of the beauty of rustic countryside.
Built in the 1950s, the church has been for decades as a comprehensive cultural space for rural children and is now a precious spiritual space for seniors and women.
The path to the church on the hill is paved with concrete, making it easy to climb up and enjoy the scenery.
One thing to be around is to enjoy the scenery quietly and be grateful to leave without disturbing the lives of the quiet rural villagers.
