내 얼굴만한 굴을보고 만족감에 젖엏더랬다
그런데 날씨가 따듯해진관계로 생굴을 못머음~~ㅠㅠ

한 철 별미인 건 맞지만 엄청 맛있다고는...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 원래 벗굴 시세가 그런지는 몰라도 5kg에 7만원이라.. 그냥 아 이런거구나 하며 한번 들려 맛을 보는정도면 몰라도 일부러 찾아 다니며 먹을 정도는 아니지 않나 하는.. 물론 입맛이야 개인차가 있는거지만. 주인장은 친절하고 아주머니도 찬절하시고 김치도 맛나고 ??
I don't know if it's because of the original market price, but it's 70,000 won for 5kg.. I don't know if it's enough to hear and taste it, but it's not enough to go out and eat it on purpose. Of course, there are individual differences in taste. The owner is kind, the aunt praises it, and the kimchi is delicious ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 손님이 많지 않을 땐 찜 반 구이 반을 해준시다는데 마침 한적해 구이와 찜을 맛 볼 수 있었는데, 그 전에 생으로 하나 주신 굴이 정말 맛있었습니다.
크기 때문에 굴 특유의 비릿한 향이 너무 날까 두려웠는데 생각 외로 깔끔한 맛이였습니다.
사실 찜이나 구이는 특색이 뚜렷하진 않은 큰 굴 맛이였지만.
생으로 먹었을 때 정말 신선한게 느껴져 회로 더 먹어 볼 껄하는 아쉬움이 있었습니다.
When there were not many customers, they served half-baked and half-roasted, but it was quiet and I was able to taste grilled and steamed oysters.
Because of the size, I was afraid that the characteristic fishy smell of oysters would be too much, but it was surprisingly clean.
In fact, steamed or grilled oysters tasted like big oysters with no distinct characteristics.
When I ate it raw, it felt so fresh that I regretted trying more sashimi.
