★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 제가 영어방과 후강사 지원했습니다. 어떤 초등학교 교감선생님이CEFR C1 을 모른다고해서 제가 그 학교 원어민과통화하여 면접기회를 얻으려고했으나 거절 당했습니다. 또 어떤초등학교는 내정자가 있다고 하더라고요. 채용공지 사항도 적절하게 점수주는 기준이 없어 투명하지 않아보입니다.
I was a candidate for being hired as an English elementary teacher, but the vice president at the elementary school didn't know about my certificates regarding to CEFR C1 and four times of passing marks on my transcript cégep de la gaspésie et des Iles.
Though I asked him to put me through to a native teacher who has been working on this school to get my opportunity, he made me give me up.
Moreover I contacted the other elementary school as the same reason, but I heard that there was a strong candidate was going to be a teacher, so I didn't need to summit my resume for it.
I applied for an English class and a post lecturer. A certain elementary school assistant principal said that he did not know CEFR C1, so I tried to get an interview with a native speaker of the school, but was rejected. Some elementary schools say that they have nominees. Recruitment notices do not appear to be transparent because there is no standard for properly scoring them.
