There is a facility of a pumped water power plant, and it is used as an observatory. The view is good.

미세먼지때문에 뿌옇게 나오는게 별로...날씨만 도와준다면 더 예쁠듯
I went to see the autumn leaves and the scenery was good.
I don't like it to come out cloudy because of fine dust... it would be prettier if only the weather helped

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 적상산 높은 곳에 발전위한 적상호가 있고 그곳에 전망대가 자리하고 있다. 조망도 좋고 구불구불 굽이진 도로를 따라 드라이브하는 것도 좋을듯.
There is Jeoksang Lake for power generation high up on Jeoksangsan Mountain, and there is an observatory. The view is good and it's good to drive along the winding road.

중간에 와인동굴 있는데 평은 좋진 않더라구여
암튼 전망대 올라오묜 화장실 있구여 정말 높은지대에 있습니다 대박이 무서워요
또 전망대 올라가면 무섭긴합니다
전망은 정말 좋아요 무주리조트도 보이고 절경은 좋습니다
전망대 근처에서 뱀도 볼 수 있으니 너무 놀라진 마세요
곰도 출현한다고 써놓긴 했는데 산세 보면 나올거 같긴해요 산 정말 높음
저는 한번 온걸로 만족할랍니다 무서워서 ^^
The road going up is really winding and long.
There is a wine cave in the middle, but the reviews are not good.
Anyway, there is a toilet on the way up to the observatory. It's on a really high place.
Going up to the observatory is scary.
The view is really good. You can also see Muju Resort and the superb view is good.
You can even see snakes near the observatory, so don't be too surprised
I wrote that bears will also appear, but if you look at the mountains, they will come out. The mountain is really high.
I will be satisfied with just one visit. I'm scared ^^
