The decor is so much like Jeju island so you might be confused whether you’re in Jeju. The food is authentic and made with great quality ingredients. I had black pork in Jeju several times and this place doesn’t lag behind it at all. There’s no doubt we will come back. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! I heard a lot of good things about the high-tech butcher shop, so there was a wait even though I went right after 6pm on a weekday evening. The restaurant opens at 4 o'clock, but there is a wait even if you go at 5 o'clock. As the name suggests, Jeju Jeon-deuk-sal is really chewy and delicious. I paid a lot of money to eat black pork in Jeju, but I didn't feel any difference. There is a separate self-bar, so you can bring vegetables and basic side dishes (eg green onion, pickled garlic, bracken, white kimchi, sesame leaves, rice cakes, etc.).
