★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 시장갔다가 급 만두가 땡겨서 들어갔다. 원래는 메밀냉면을 값싸게 먹을수 있다고 알려진 곳인데, 이집 근처가 개고기집들이 많아서 가기가 꺼려지던곳이었다.
실내는 겉과 달리 깔끔(?) 해보였다.
원래 메뉴는 떡만두국인데, 접시만두로 부탁드렸다.
손만두래서 내용물도 착실하였으나, 유명냉면집의 비싼 만두와는 크기부터 좀 작았다. 간도 심심하니 좋고, 만두피는 두툼하면서도 나름 쫄깃했다.
면수를 내주셨는데, 첨엔 함흥냉면집의 육수인줄 알았다. 그러시엔 약간 싱거워서 다시 먹어보니 면수에 맛소금과 간장약간을 탄것 같다. 특이한데 먹을만 했다.
만두가 생각보다 괜챦아서 냉동만두 만원어치 사왔다.
After going to the market, the dumplings came in. Originally, it was known that you can eat buckwheat cold noodles cheaply, but this place was a place where I was reluctant to go because there were many dog meat restaurants.
The interior looked neat (?) unlike the exterior.
The original menu was rice cake dumpling soup, but I asked for plate dumplings.
The contents were good because it was hand-made, but it was a little smaller than the expensive dumplings of famous naengmyeon restaurants. The liver was boring, so it was good, and the dumpling skin was thick and chewy.
He gave me noodles, but at first I thought it was the broth of Hamheung Naengmyeon. At that time, it was a bit crispy, so when I tried it again, it seemed that the noodles had a bit of salt and soy sauce. It was unusual but worth eating.
The dumplings were better than I thought, so I bought the frozen dumplings worth 10,000 won.

옥의 티라면 오래된 노포답게 낡아 보인다는거.....
냉면 좋아하는 가까운 친구라면 함께 갈수 있을듯 합니다.

수육은 괜찮고 냉면은 저렴한 맛에 먹을만 해요
근데 참기름향이 강해 육수 맛을 가려 아쉽네요
Cheap cold noodles
The pork is okay and the naengmyeon is affordable and edible
But it’s a pity to mask the taste of the broth because it has a strong sesame oil scent
