★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 습식사우나와 냉탕은 괜찮으나 다른 탕 물이 깨끗하지 않고 온도관리도 안 되며 탕에 물 새로 트는 걸 꺼림.. 탈의실 청결상태 안 좋음. 단, 24시 야간 이용 가능함.건물 입구와 계단 등 청결상태와 공간구조가 좋지 않고, 여러 물품(현관 가림막 등)들도 지저분함. 전반적으로 운영자의 관리 개선이 필요함

최하단부에 목욕일 남자취침실은 그위층 다른 문으로 들어가면 찜질실이다. 그러나 거의 사람이 없다.청결도는 새로운 곳보다 떨어지나 과거에는 돈을 많이 벌었겠다. 인간이 순닿은 곳이면 세월이 가면 추해진다. 이곳 만이 아니다. 전부가 그렇다.
