★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 가격저렴하고 맛있습니다 곱창과 올돌뼈를 섞어서 먹었구요. 밥을 볶을때 맛이 폭발합니다. 강추합니다.
It's cheap and delicious. I ate a mix of giblets and doldol bones. When you fry rice, the taste explodes. It is recommended.

냄새를 싫어하는 사람들한테는 맛집일수 있겠다..
하지만 역설이다!!
돼지곱창을 냄새 없이 먹겠다니,,
그럼 당연히 본연의 곱창맛을 느낄수 없다.
그렇다.
동대문 곱창의 원조는 창신동 과 황학동이다.
그쪽 스타일을 사장이 연구를 했는지 그 노력때문에 별2개.
맛은 겉모습에 비해 상당히 떨어진다.
일단 돼지곱창 냄새를 잡을려고 술을 심하겠 쓰고 식용유를 너무 많이 뿌리신다.
그러면 상당히 부드러워는 질 수 있겠다. 하지만 그건 야채곱창에 대한 모독이다. 리플들을 보면 다음날 속이 안좋다고 하는데 그건 위 이유일 가능성이 크다.
돼지곱창 냄새는 술로 잡는것이 아니고 볶음의 익힘 정도는 식용유로 조절하는것이 아니다.
냄새는 양념으로 잡는것이며 볶음의 익힘은 불 조절로 잡는것이다.
기본에 충실하지 못하는 집인데 하물며 맛집이라고 할수 있는가.
