레	레쓰비 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이시국에도 대기없인 못먹는 소곱창 맛집 맞네요. 곱이 이렇게 풍부한가게는 흔치않은데 정말 맛있고 밥볶기전 누룽지숭늉은 입가심 딱입니다 It's a beef giblet restaurant that you can't eat without the atmosphere even in this country. It's not common to find a store with such a lot of food, but it's really delicious and it's perfect for roasting rice.

Chun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 한줄평: 먹어보고 나니 내 마음속 No.1 곱창 가게에 대한 애정이 더욱 강해졌다.. 평가도 좋은 편이고 늘 손님도 많아 궁금하여 방문해 본 곱창집. 마음속 일등인 곳은 늘 대기가 문제라... 큰 맘먹고 가야해서 이 가게도 혹시 맛있다면 대안으로 괜찮겠다는 기대를 갖고 있었습니다. 오래된 허름한 듯 아담한 가게 분위기에 어머님이 요리 & 따님이 보조해 주시는 오붓한 가게. 전 메뉴 원산지 모두 국산에 가격도 이해해 줄 만하네요. 서비스도 싹싹하다고 말하긴 어렵지만 요청하면 조용히 다 들어주십니다. 양,곱창,대창 주문! 초벌하여 제공되는 방식이라 주문 후 서빙까지 시간이 좀 걸리네요(20분내외). 먹어본 결과 대창>>곱창>양 순으로 만족감이 좋았습니다. 곱창도 잡내도 없고 곱도 적당히 잘 들어가 있었는데...문제는 아무래도 함께 곁들이는 소스가 제대로 된게 없다는게... 많이 아쉽게 느껴졌습니다. 함께 나오는 김치, 부추무침, 양파절임 등 따로 먹어보면 괜찮은데 곱창, 대창과 딱! 어울리는 소스는 못 찾겠더라구요. 푹 삭힌 파김치 곱창과 함께 구워서 싸먹고 싶다는 생각이 간절했네요 ㅎㅎ 결국 둘이서 3인분 시켜 배불러서(살짝 물려서?) 볶음밥도 못 먹고 나왔네요. 여기는 급 술이 메인으로 땡길 때, 곱창이란 안주를 서브로 곁들이며 친구들과 어울리기에 좋은 곳 같습니다. ps. 결국 급 바로옆 타코집에서 타코?에 고수왕창+핫소스 팍팍 뿌려 입가심(?)하고 집에 들어왔습니다. ? One line comment: After eating, my affection for the No.1 gopchang shop in my heart grew stronger.. I visited the gopchang restaurant because I was curious about it and it has a lot of customers. At the top of my mind, the atmosphere is always a problem... I had to go with a big decision, so I had an expectation that this store would be okay as an alternative if it was delicious. It's an old, shabby-looking, cozy restaurant where your mother cooks and your daughter assists you. All of the menus are domestically produced and the price is understandable. It is difficult to say that the service is sloppy, but if you ask for it, you will be quietly listening. Order sheep, giblets, and daechang! It takes a little time to serve after ordering (about 20 minutes) because it is provided in an unpretentious manner. As a result of eating it, the satisfaction was good in the order of Daechang>>Gopchang>Yang. There was no giblets, no japnae, and the giblets were well in place... but the problem was that the sauce to serve with them wasn't right... I felt a lot of regret. It's okay if you try kimchi, chives, pickled onions, etc. that come with it, but it's perfect with giblets and daechang! I couldn't find a matching sauce. I was desperately thinking that I wanted to bake and wrap it with soaked green onion kimchi giblets haha Eventually, two people made it for 3 people, so I was full (because it was bitten?), so I couldn't even eat fried rice. This is a great place to hang out with friends when serving high-grade alcoholic beverages. ps. Eventually, I went to the house right next to the class and sprinkled coriander + hot sauce on the taco ? and went home. ?
