★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 땡초가 아닌 건고추를 사용하여 부드럽게 올라오는 매운 맛이 일품인 고추 짬뽕이었습니다. 해물은 건새우 바지락살 오징어가 사용되었는데, 패각류 해산물을 많이 넣고 우린 구수한 감칠맛은 느껴지지 않고 조미용 분말스프로 맛을 낸 것만 같은 국물맛이 나는 점은 개인적으로 좀 아쉽습니다.
탕수육은 일반 중국집과는 다르게 고기를 얇게 펴고 전분가루를 얇게하여 바싹하게 튀겼기 때문에 아주 맛있었습니다. 전분소스는 눅진한 설탕물이 생각날 정도로 물성이 약하고 신맛이 없어서 정말 최악이었는데, 아이러니하게도 이 묽은 소스가 바싹한 튀김맛을 정말 잘 살려줍니다. 뭐, 신맛은 식초에 고춧가루 뿌린장이면 커버되니까요.
호불호가 있어서 그렇겠지만, 개인적으로 짬뽕보다 탕수육을 더 칭찬하고 싶은 집이었습니다. 전반적으로 맛있기는 한데, 굳이 찾아와서 먹을 이유가 있을까? 수준의 4점 주고 싶네요.
It was a chili champon with a soft, spicy taste that uses dried chili, not vinegar. The seafood used was dried shrimp, clam, and squid, but I personally regret that it tastes like a soup flavored with powdered seasoning soup without having a savory taste.
Unlike regular Chinese restaurants, sweet and sour pork was very delicious because it was thinly fried with thinly sliced meat and starch powder. Starch sauce was really the worst because it had weak physical properties and didn't have a sour taste that reminds me of a dull sugary water. Ironically, this dilute sauce really brings out the crunchy tempura taste. Well, the sour taste is covered with vinegar and chili powder.
It may be because I have likes and dislikes, but it was a house that I personally want to praise sweet and sour pork more than Jjambbong. Overall, it's delicious, but is there any reason to come and eat it? I want to give you 4 points of the level.

고추짬뽕과 탕수육이 맛난 생활의 달인에 출연한 집으로 유명하다고 해서 점심으로 선택
세종에서 출발해서 계룡으로 넘어가는 길이 매우 이뻐서 운전할 맛이 남
주차는 면사무소나 공영주차장을 사용하면 되기에 크게 문제될 일 없음
고추짬뽕과 탕수육, 공기밥 주문
고추짬뽕은 후추 맛이 너무 심했으나 탕수육이 발군이다.
자극적으로 달달한 소스가 아닌 매우 은은한 소스가 일품이고 대/중/소 가 없는 사이즈이며 바삭바삭하지 않은 옛날 탕수육 맛을 느낄 수 있다

별점을 상향 조절할 만큼 자장면이 대단히 일품이다!!!
특히나 짜장면과 함께한 탕수육은 자꾸만 생각난다.
첫방문에서 다소 실망한 고추짬뽕을 이렇게 만회한 기분!!!
이제는 소문이나서 웨이팅이 있으며 주말에 주문이 되지 않는 메뉴가 있으니 다소 아쉽다.

Chili pepper flavor, but too much is Champong a sweet and sour is excellent.
Very faint source is not a la carte daldalhan source and to irritating for / and medium / small size can not feel old, sweet and sour taste is not crisp

The noodles are very much a gem as adjusted upwards for rating!
Especially jajangmyeon smells sour and hamkkehan think jakkuman.
So I feel a million times somewhat disappointed pepper Champong from the first visit!
Now and then rumors are weighted so that the menu does not buy the weekend a little inconvenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전국짬뽕집들 유명한곳들 많이가봤는데 정말최고의 맛이예요. 열번을가도 변하지않는맛이예요. 탕수육도 어떻게 튀기시는지 튀김옷이 달라요 달라. 서빙도 빠르고 정확하시고 나무랄곳이 없는집입니다. 대전이라 매주먹을수없는것이 속상할뿐입니다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was fine when they started it. Foods were tasty and satisfying in quantity. However now they have fewer and not fresh ingredients, making it less tasty overally and got even worse in service quality. When I found a cracked-sharp piece of a shell in a noodle bowl today and gave a notice to a serving guy about that, he responded with "It happens and it's normal" and gave me a look of 'so what?'. A shell, when boiled, does not crack into pcs if it is fresh enough and not like other shell the kind does not sink deep onto the bottom of the bowl that the small pcs can be chewed along with mouthfull noodle, possibly hurting your teeth or inner flesh. The place became popular among local people since there was no alternative and they served relatively good dishes, then it might have built some reputation on social media after aired on a TV show, enough to be appealing to some travelers from far. However nowdays I can find the good old taste or the least level of service no more.
