이	이재선 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 직원들 인성교육좀 시키세요. 특히 수납/접수 창구에서 일하는 직원들. 어머니뻘 되시는 분이 신상을 얘기하며 질문을 하는데 턱짓으로 번호표뽑고 대기하라하고, 가면되느냐하니 인상쓰며 손가락질하며 방향알려주고... 말투는 딱딱하고 똥씹은 얼굴 표정까지... 병원 이미지 정말 거지같네요. 열받아서 한바탕할려다 다른분들도 계셔서 참았네요. 방문환자나 가족들이 가장 먼저 접하는 곳이 접수창구인데, 병원 얼굴이나 마찮가지인 곳에서 그딴식으로 응대하나요. 직원 이름까지는 안밝히는데 최** 직원. 인성을 밥말아 드셨나. 정말 기분 더럽더군요. 홈피가서 항의글좀 쓰려했더니 없더군요. 다시한번 얘기하는데 인성교육좀 시키세요. Give your employees personality training. Especially the staff working at the reception / reception window. If you're a mother, you're asking questions and telling you what's going on with your chin. I was upset and tried to get along with others. The reception desk is the first place where patients and family members come in contact with each other. Do you respond to the hospital face or something like that? I don't even know the employee's name. Did you eat the toughness? It was really dirty. Gumpy tried to write some protests. j	j카니여 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 교통사고 환자 보호자로서 엘리야병원 다른건 몰라도 입원실 간호사들 형편없고 기본도 없는거 같아요 어떤 환자는 간호사 호출버튼 누르니 오지는않고 병실전화로 왜 호출했냐고 하고 불친절하고 특히 링거주사 놓는데 여러환자들에 바늘을 몇번을 찌르는건지... 잘못 찔러 다들 팔이붓고 아프다고하니 원래 그런거라고만하고 붕대를 가지고와서 부었다고 붕대를 감고.. 시골 병원이라 어르신 환자분들이 많으니 그냥 대충대충 하는거같은데 미안하다는 말한번 하는걸 못봤고 이핑계저핑계 대면서 둘러대기만하고... 아무튼 입원하고 싶지 않은 병원이네요 As a guardian for a car accident, I don't know anything about Elijah Hospital.
