간만에 방문해보았는데 여전한 맛이다.
대패삼겹이 제일 유명한 메뉴고 주문시 어묵꼬치. 계란찜. 같이 구워먹을 떡과 감자. 버섯까지 푸짐하게 나온다.
특히 대패삼겹을 바싹 구워 밑반찬으로 나오는 콩나물무친것과 파절이를 넣어 싸먹으면 무한정 흡입하게 되는 맛이다.
보통 고깃집에서는 냉면이나 김치찌개를 시켜먹는데, 우야우야에서는 꼭 된장국밥을 시켜먹는다.
꿉꿉하지않고 된장이 개운하고 감칠맛있는 맛이라 고기와 함께먹으면 든든하고 좋다.
겨울에 감기가올듯할때 대패에 된장국밥이면 감기가 뚝 떨어질것같은맛이다.
엄청나게 특별한맛은 아니지만 다 아는맛.
오래되고 유명한집이라 회전율도 좋아 고기의 질이 좋고 반찬하나하나가 맛있다.
저녁에 소주한잔.
가족과 식사한끼에 추천한다.
