김치 열무 등 모든 것을 손수 만드신다.
춘천서는 다소 생소할 수 있는 제주의 백년초를 기본으로 동치미 국물로 맛을 낸 막국수, 조미료가 하나도 들지 않아 자극없이 건강한 맛이다.
계절메뉴인 갈비탕은 인심이 좋으신 사장님처럼 커다란 갈비뼈가 두개나 나온다. 인원수 대로 시켜서일까?
밥을 추가로 주문하면 무료로 주신다고도 했다.
갈비탕의 대추는 직접 키워 말린 것이라 했다.
튀긴 만두는 사장님의 서비스였다.
It was the first time I saw makguksu set meal in Chuncheon. Clear and neat composition.
