가는 면을 기본으로 하시기때문에 매운 비빔을 주문하고 석쇠까지 주문하였다. 딱 매콤 알싸한 비빔양념이 요즘 젊은사람 입맛까지 만족할것 같다.
석쇠는 좋은 비율에 육즙이 촉촉하다. 삐죽빼죽한 맛없이 부드러운 석쇠불고기의 장점이 잘드러나있다.
비빔냉면에 더더욱 날개를 달아주는 맛이다.
육수또한 좋았다. 근처에 가신다면 이여름 시원헌 냉면 한그릇 좋을듯합니다.
