★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 사장님 친절하시구요, 밥 볶을때 은박으로 한번 감아서 쪄서(?) 주시는데 재미있어요. 된장이나 김치 다 직접 만들어서 내주시는데 확실히 보통 냉동 삼겹살 집보다 세심한 부분이 있어요.
The boss is kind, and when you stir-fry rice, it is fun to wrap it with silver foil and steam it (?). They make their own soybean paste and kimchi, but they are definitely more careful than the usual frozen pork belly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 냉동삼겹살이 품절될수 있다는것은 생삼겹처럼 유통관리하고 있다는 말이됩니다.
실제로 냉동이지만, 좋은 품질의 삼겹살을 급냉하여 제공하는 것 같아보였습니다.
당연히 맛도 좋았구요.
주물럭도 무난히 맛이 괜찮고, 볶음밥역시 먹을만합니다.
일하는 종업원들도 빠릿하고 친절한 편이어서,
직원들 데리고 또 가기로 마음먹게 된 집입니다.
오래된 점포이지만 앞으로 더 오래가기를 바래봅니다^^
The fact that frozen pork belly can be sold out means that it is being distributed and managed like raw pork belly.
It's actually frozen, but it looked like they were serving good quality pork belly, quenched.
Of course it tasted good too.
Jumulruk also tastes good, and fried rice is just as good.
The employees who work there are also quick and friendly.
This is the house that I decided to go again with the staff.
It's an old store, but I hope it will last longer ^^
