아	아기공룡둘째 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 티브이에 중국음식이 나와서 보다가 검색을 하고 방문을 했습니다. 여행을 오며 가려고 했던 식당을 포기하며 갔네요. 보은 읍내와는 10킬로 정도 떨어져 있어요. 작은 동네인데 옆에는 유명한 돈가스 식당도 있었네요. 작은 시골에 작은 식당 주방도 사장님 혼자 하시는 것 같은데 직접 제면기 이용해서 시금치 면 뽑아서 사용하시더군요. 서울에도 면 사서 쓰는 곳이 많은데 탕수육 짬뽕 간짜장을 먹었습니다. 탕수육은 평범했으나 소스에 대추가 들어있어서 신선하고 보은에 유명한 재료가 들어가 반가웠어요. 안에 들어있는 대추가 실하고 맛있었습니다. 간짜장은 정말 춘장을 너무 잘 볶으셔서 고소한 맛이 살아있었어요. 짬뽕도 잘 볶으셔서 불향이 너무 넘치지 않고 적당해서 좋았고 국물도 맛있었습니다. 미니 탕수육을 주문했는데 생각보다 양이 많아서 음식을 남겼네요. 점심시간 조금 지나갔는데 손님들 조금 있었어요. 다음 봄에 속리산 여행 계획이 있는데 그때 방문하고 싶네요. After watching Chinese food on TV, I did a search and visited. I went on a trip and gave up on the restaurant I was going to go to. It is about 10 kilometers away from the town of Boeun. It's a small town, but there was a famous pork cutlet restaurant next door. It seems that the owner of a small restaurant in a small country does the kitchen alone, but he used a noodle making machine to pull spinach noodles. There are many places to buy noodles in Seoul, too, but I ate sweet and sour pork jjambbong with soy sauce. Sweet and sour pork was ordinary, but it was fresh because the sauce contained jujube, and it was nice to have the famous ingredients in Boeun. The jujubes inside were firm and delicious. The ganjjajang was really well roasted so it had a savory taste. The jjambbong was also well fried, so the smell was not too overpowering and it was just right, and the broth was delicious. I ordered the mini sweet and sour pork, but it was bigger than I expected, so I left the food. It was a little past lunch time and there were a few customers. I have a trip to Songnisan next spring, and I want to visit there.
