★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (구) 취풍덕이 상호를 바꾼 장강 중식당은 오산맛집으로 꽤 이름난 중식당으로, 북오산ic 근처에 위치해 있다. 이곳은 중국 주방장이 직접 조리하시는데 한국인 입맛에 잘 맞는 요리를 낸다. 일단은 음식의 맛을 결정짓는건 재료라고 보는데, 가장 중요한 식재료 자체가 신선하고 재료의 아낌이 없어서 넉넉한 양이 좋았다. 가격도 재료 대비 합리적이다.
쟁반짜장, 특밥, 볶음밥, 마파두부덮밥 등 식사도 전부 맛있었고, 특히나 탕수육은 찹쌀 튀김옷을 입혀서 그런지 쫀득하니 정말 맛있다. 소스도 마냥 신맛이 아닌 간장과의 아주 절묘한 조합으로 깊은 맛이 나는 소스였다. 코스요리는 가장 기본 2만원부터 시작하고 꽤 잘 나온다고 한다. 직원들도 서비스 응대가 빠르고 친절. 주차장도 넉넉

The sauce was not too sour, but a very exquisite combination with soy sauce, which gave it a deep flavor. Course dishes start from 20,000 won and are said to be quite good. 식당분위기도 좋고 동네근처라 재방문 의사있습니다 ㅎ
Jjajang seems to be average, but I think it's been a long time since I've eaten such delicious sweet and sour pork.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is good and it is near the neighborhood, so I am willing to visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 수타간짜장은 꽤 수준급입니다. 첫 입에 수타면의 부드러움이 놀라웠고 간이 센편이라 입에 잘맞네요. 탕수육은 쏘쏘합니다.
담엔 짬뽕도 먹어보고 싶네요
Handa-ganjjajang is quite high-quality. The softness of the hand-made noodles was amazing on the first bite, and the seasoning is strong, so it fits well in your mouth. The sweet and sour pork is so-so.
I also want to try Jjamppong.
