개	개복치 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 술국이 참 괜찮고 (경상도식 소고기무국이라고 한다) 고추냉이 파김치 새우젓 갓김치 등등 기본찬이 좋다 위층에 펍이 있는데 그래서인지 맥주가 종류도 다양하고 맛있다 파족(파닭의 족발버전)을 먹었는데 특이하긴 했지만, 특별히 맛있지는 않았다 기본족발을 먹을걸 그랬다ㅎㅎ The sake soup is really good. A	Andrew Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 지난 연말 공연한지 두달만에 다시 홍대 베짱이홀에서 공연이 있은 후 콜라보레이션 공연에 참여한 모든 멤버들과 함께 미리 예약해두고 늦은 저녁으로 방문했습니다. 10대초반부터 50대초반까지 다양한 연령층이 모인 자리라 살짝 걱정을 했는데, 다행히 다들 맛있게 먹는군요. 인원이 많아서 나누어 앉았는데, 우리 테이블은 오향족발, 족발카프레제, 비빔국수, 냉국수를 시켰습니다. 오향족발은 부드럽고 쫄깃한 식감이 일품이었고, 토마토와 모짜렐라치즈, 족발이 오묘하게 어울어진 식감에 새콤한 소스를 얹은 족발카프레제는 조금 큰듯해도 세가지를 한입에 넣고 오물거리면 너무 맛있습니다. 족발과 매운 황태무침 곁들여 먹는 비빔국수도, 물냉면 육수에 나오는 냉국수도 상큼했습니다. 테이블마다 하나씩 서비스로 나오는 술국(이름은 술국인데, 너무 진하지 않은 육개장에 밥을 말아 나오는 듯합니다.)도 국물이 먹을 수록 좋아지는 맛입니다. Y	Yoon Choi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 한달에 두세번 이상 방문하는 최애 족발집 맥주가 맛있다.(남자사장님은 맥주 마에스터) 다양한 김치는 보통 족발집에서 보기 힘든 갓김치, 파김치, 백김치 등 정말 애써서 준비해 내어놓은 티가 팍팍 난다. 매운족발을 시키면 김과 들깨가루로 페어링(?)하라며 내주신다. 물은 늘 생수병으로 넉넉하게 준다. 새우젓은 어디서 사려고해도 힘든 통통한 제철 새우젓이다. 비빔국수는 아무리 배가불러도 꼭 시키는 메뉴다. 양념도 산뜻하니 면도 상당히 좋은걸 쓰시는듯 하다. 궂이 구구절절 쓰는 이유는 진짜 맛있어서! 아직 이 주변에서도 못가본 분들이 많다는게 믿기지않아서! 추천한다. 홍대에서 족발집을 갈일이 백번이라면 백번 다 여길 가는게 맞을정도로... 너무 훌륭하다! 맥주가 맛있지만 결국 서비스로 나온 술국에 소주가 격하게 땡기는건 인지상정 ^_^ Choi Ae Jok Jok visits more than two or three times a month The beer is delicious.
