R	Rick Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 뒷문이 찌그러져 차를 맡겼습니다. 찾을때 보니 운전석 앞문 손잡이 쪽에 스크레치가 났더군요. 네. 이 곳 말씀처럼 본인들 잘못이 아닐수도 있고 제가 어디서 긁어왔을수도 있겠지요. 근데 소비자 입장에서 사전에 인지하지 못한 스크레치가 생긴것을 지적할 수 있는 것 아닌가요? 다른곳도 아니고 운전하면 매일 볼 수 밖에 없는 운전석 손잡이 부분인데요... 전혀 망설임 없이 블랙컨슈머 취급을 하시더군요. 마치 20만원 자기 부담금을 내는 김에 여기저기 잔 스크레치를 한꺼번에 다 고쳐달라고 떼스는 진상취급을 당하고 오는길입니다. 도색과정에서 생긴 것인지는 모르지만 검은차 전반에 덕지덕지 뭍어있는 물감같은 흰색 방울들은(심지어 차 안에도 튀어있습니다.) 차마 클레임 조차 못하겠더군요. 아마도 딴데서 뭍히고 와서 닦아달라고 떼쓰는 엄청난 진상손님으로만 보실테니까... 저도 뭐를 바라고 그런 항의를 했는지 모르겠네요. 새차도 아닌데 조금 긁힌거 가지고 징징거리기나 했나봅니다. 차 수리를 원하시는 분들은 참고해 주세요. I left the car because the rear door was crushed. When I looked for it, there was a scratch on the handle of the driver's front door. Yes. Like I said here, it may not be their fault, and it may be where I raked it. But can't you point out that there is a scratch that the consumer did not know beforehand? It's not anywhere else, and it's the driver's handle that you can only see every day when you drive... He was treated as a black consumer without hesitation. While paying a self-pay of 200,000 won, Tes is on the way to ask for all the scratches to be repaired at once. I don't know if it was from the process of painting, but I couldn't even make a claim for the white droplets (even splashing inside the car) that are all over the black car. Probably, you'll only see it as a tremendous truthful customer who asks you to come and clean it from somewhere else... I don't know what I was hoping for and protesting like that. It's not a new car, but I guess I was a little bit scratched and whining. Please refer to those who wish to repair the car.
j	jonyy fare on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 저희 어머니가 중립주차를 하실줄 몰라서 갔더니 기어 다 바꿔야 한다고 했던 곳입니다. 멀쩡한 타이어도 새로 바꿔야 한다고 했고요. 아주 질이 않좋은 곳입니다. My mother didn't know how to do neutral parking, so I went there and she said I had to change gears. He told me that the tires that were in good condition had to be replaced. This is a very poor quality place.
