다만 아르바이트생들은 바리스타라고 부르기에는 많이 부족한 것 같고, 저렴한 가격에 끊임없이 찾아오는 손님들로 정신없다는 단점이.
기본 에스프레소 블렌드는 중간 정도 산미에 적당히 부드러운 바디, 산뜻한 과실향과 은은한 꽃향에 이어 혀 끝을 살짝 즈려밟고 지나가는 흑설탕 피니시. 쓴 맛이 적어 누구나 좋아할만한, 밸런스가 좋은 커피라고 생각되네요.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 자리가 너무 좁아서 앉아서 쉴만한 곳은 아니지만 주인장께서 커피에 애착을 가지고 다양한 원산지의 커피를 로스팅해서 파는 곳이라 좋아한다. 드립에 필요한 여과지도 크기별로 구비해서 팔고 있어서 나처럼 원두 사다 집에서 드립하는 사람에겐 딱 좋다. 많이는 아니지만 몇번 구매해본 결과 품질도 아주 만족스러움.
