Y	Younkwan Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 강남과 강북이 가장 심적으로 가깝게 느껴지는 곳. 서울을 오래 살아보았고 한강의 북과 남에 모두 살아봤지만 한강을 도보로 이동한 적은 한번도 없었다. 항상 강변길을 거닐었을뿐 여길 관통할 생각은 못해봤다. 물론 한강의 대교들을 걸어서 이동할 수 있지만 뭔가 접근성이 많이 떨어진다. 그러나 잠수교는 자연스럽게 편리한 접근성으로 한강을 통과할 수 있다. 고터에서 사람을 기다리다 너무 시간이 붕떠서 한번 산책삼아 거닐어보았다. 생각보다 이렇게 가까웠나 싶다. 같은 서울에서도 서로가 너무 다르지만 이렇게 직접 건너보니 통일성이 느껴진다. 모든 한강다리는 차들이 살벌하게 도니지만 같은 한강을 잇는 잠수교만큼은 한적하고 평화롭다. 겉으로는 서울이란 곳은 치열한 경쟁과 아웅다웅 속에 살아가지만 잠수교와 같이 한적함이 있기도 하다. 우리의 사회도 경쟁이지만 내면만큼은 잠수교처럼 인간적인 부분이 있을 것이다. 잠수교와 같은 다리가 서울과 우리 삶속에 더 많아지길 바란다... Gangnam and Gangbuk are the places where you can feel the most emotionally close. I have lived in Seoul for a long time and have lived both north and south of the Han River, but I have never traveled the Han River on foot. I always walked along the riverside, but I never thought of going through it. Of course, you can walk across the bridges of the Han River, but the accessibility is very poor. However, Jamsu Bridge can naturally pass through the Han River with convenient access. I ran out of time waiting for someone in Goteo, so I went for a walk. I think it was closer than I thought. Even in the same Seoul, they are very different from each other, but when you cross directly like this, you can feel the unity. All the Han River Bridges are full of cars, but the Jamsu Bridge that connects the same Han River is quiet and peaceful. From the outside, Seoul seems to be living amid fierce competition and aggression, but there is also a sense of serenity like Jamsu Bridge. Our society is also a competition, but there will be a human part like Jamsu Bridge on the inside. I hope there will be more bridges like Jamsu Bridge in Seoul and in our lives...

Now that Seoul does a better job with the stormwater management system, it is difficult to see this bridge submerge. The center of the bridge has an arch, allowing the cruises to pass by. The arch makes it imppossible to see the other end of the bridge. This effect is awesome because it shortens the psychological distance of the Han River.
