★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 소바가 정말 맛있어요. 일본 현지 스타일의 시큼하고 가스오부시의 향이 풍부한 쯔유에 찍어먹는 소바의 맛이 아주 훌륭합니다. 돈가스도 바삭바삭하고 부드럽습니다.
Soba is really good. The taste of soba dipped in tsuyu rich in the flavor of kasuobushi and sour in the local Japanese style is very good. The tonkatsu is also crispy and soft.

어떻게 같은 재료임에도 다루는 매장마다 맛이 다를까?
소바 종류도 다양하고 잘하는 곳도 많겠지만 그 중 딱 한 곳을 고르라면 주저없이 이 곳을 선택하겠다.
주소산 찾는 분들은 타마토로 소바와 돈카츠는 필수로 드셔보시길...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 일식 메밀소바 집. 주간소바식당 산.
타마토로 소바 11,000₩
카케 소바 10,000₩
타마토로 소바 그렇게 차갑지 않다. 같이 나오는 소스를 뿌려먹어야 간이 맞다. 메밀면과 씹이는 볶은 메밀이 고소하다. 오이 토핑도 식감을 돕는다.
카케 소바 같이 나오는 대파 튀김은 먹다가 넣는게 좋을거 같다. (국물이 느끼하짐.)
두 메뉴다 소스가 뿌려진 밥이 같이 나온다. 말아먹거나 같이 비벼먹을 수 있다.
일식 분위기가 난다. 음식과 걸맞는 인테리어.
사실 가성비는 모르겠다..
미니 돈카츠가 떨어졌다고 한다. 아쉽다.

Japanese buckwheat soba house. Weekly Soba Restaurant San.
Tamatoro Soba 11,000₩
Kake Soba 10,000₩
Tamatoro soba not so cold. The seasoning is right when you eat it with the sauce that comes with it. The buckwheat noodles and chewy roasted buckwheat are savory. Cucumber topping also helps with texture.
I think it would be better to add the fried green onion that comes with kake soba while eating. (The soup is savory.)
Both menus come with rice with sauce. It can be eaten rolled up or mixed together.
It has a Japanese atmosphere. An interior that matches the food.
Actually, I don't know the cost.
It is said that the mini tonkatsu fell out. it's a shame.
