고객대기실에 있지않고 외부에서 정비하는거 보고있었어요 엔진오일교환하고 타이어 공기압확인해주시고 엔진룸 청소도 해주셨어요~
다른정비할게 있었는데 이부분은 직영으로 가야할거같아요 시간이 많이 걸릴듯
암튼 기다리지않고 신속하게 잘 받았습니다

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아주 친절하십니다 고장부위의 원인과 정비과정을 친절하고 세세하게 잘 설명해 주셨고 중간에 타이어 분리하는 중에 사제휠 때문에 문제가 생겼는데 다른 센터에 갔다오시면서까지 문제를 적극적으로 해결해 주시려고 노력해 주시는 모습에 한층더 믿음이 갔습니다 역시 제품군이 뭐든간에 A/S는 삼성이 정답이군요
