★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 자은3지구에 생긴 모던한 중식당. 가게 입장하면 높은 천정때문에 공간감이 넓어 좋다. 짬뽕, 짜장, 볶음밥, 탕수육, 꿔바로우 등 대표적인 중식메뉴 몇개로 운영중으로 개업 초반에는 식사시간이 조금 지나도 사람이 많았다. 짬뽕의 경우 조금은 심심한듯한 맛이라 자극적인 짬뽕을 좋아하는 사람들은 만족하기 어려울것이다. 어린이들까지 먹을 수 있는 그런 맛 이다. 꿔바로우는 많이 실망했다. 쫀뜩함을 살리기 위해 찹쌀을 이용하는것 같은데 고기 향이 느껴지지 않는다. 마치 소스에 떡튀김을 찍어먹는 느낌... 이부분은 좀 개선 되어야할듯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 꿔바로우는 신맛보다 달고 짠맛이 강해요. 맛있어요. 우삼겹짬뽕은 탄맛이 많이 났어요... 고기랑 채소는 푸짐해요

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 인테리어는 아주 깔끔하고 가게 안에서 주방을 보아하니 넓어서 깨끗해 보였으나
일반 짬뽕은 불맛을 우선해서 그런가 해산물의 깊은 맛은 없고 돼지고기의 담백함만 느껴져 심심하다는 느낌이 있었다.
우삼겹짬뽕은 칼칼한 맛은 있었으나 일반 중식당에서 먹던 흔한 맛 이었다
재료가 소가 들어간 거 말고는 개인적으로 일반짬뽕 보다는 우삼겹이 나은 듯 하다
교동짬뽕의 육수랑 같은 것을 쓰나 싶은 듯 한 맛.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전반적으로 탄맛/불맛이 강하게 남. 짬뽕에 있는 홍합이 그슬린 건 처음 봄. 어떨 땐 눈이 매워질 정도. 양 많고 맛 괜찮음.
Overall burnt / unflavored. It's the first time that mussels in jjambbong are scorched. Sometimes my eyes get cold. Lots of taste and good taste.

맛은 그럭저럭 괜찮은 듯.
하지만 홀에 계신 연세있으신 어머님..
불친절한 듯한 그 말투와 억양..
상당히 거슬리고 신경쓰임ㅜ
좀 신경 쓰셨으면 합니다. 서비스업이잖아요..
그리고 화장실 어디에 있는지 뭐하나 좀 붙여놓으시길..
물어보면 친절하게 알려주지도 않으면서
그냥 알아서 찾아가도록요..
