박	박상범 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 내가 왠만하면 리뷰 안남기는데 as 직원 드럽게 불친절해서 남김. 비데를 쓰다가 고장이나서 as 신청을 '내 번호'로 했는데 자꾸 '어머님 번호'로 연락이 가서 어떻게 된거냐고 물어보니까 답변이 '저희는 어머님 번호로 연락을 하라고 전달받은 사실밖에 없습니다~' 이러는거임. 그러면 그 부서에 좀 연락을 취해서 알아봐달라고 말하는데 그걸 못알아듣고 10분동안 'as는 어떻게 진행해드릴까요?' 이러는데 진짜 화가 머리끝까지나서 폭발하는줄알았음. 결국에는 상담원이 '고객님이 어머님 전화번호로 as를 작성하신거 아닌가요?' 소리를 앵무새처럼 하길래 이대로 계속가면 as 절대 못받겠다 싶어서 '네네/... 제가 졌어요' 했음. 내가보기엔 자기 일 처리 급급해서 문의처리 안하는거같은데 제발 귀가있으면 소리를 들으세요. 몇번을 확인해도 내번호밖에 안썻구만 I usually don't leave reviews, but I left it because the staff was so unfriendly. I was using a bidet and it broke, so I applied as 'my number', but I kept getting calls to 'mother's number' and asked what happened, and the answer was 'we only got the fact that we were told to contact your mother's number~' Then I contacted the department and asked them to look into it, but I couldn't hear it, and for 10 minutes, I was like, 'How do I proceed? I knew I was going to explode with real anger all the way to the top of my head. In the end, the agent asks, 'Didn't you write as in your mother's phone number?' He sounds like a parrot, so if I keep going like this, I'll never get it, so I said 'Yeah/... I lost'. It seems to me that they are in a hurry to deal with their work, so they don't handle inquiries, but please listen if you have an ear. No matter how many times I check, only my number is found.

I need to remodel the bathroom soon, but the contract will be made at Inus.
오	오창우 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 가격과 모델 등이 마음에 들어서 이누스 비데(설치비 포함)를 사용해 보려고 구입하였으나 설치 관련 문의를 하려고 ARS를 몇번이나 시도해 보아도 연결이 안되고 도대체 ARS는 왜 운영하는지 의문이 듭니다. 그리고 물건은 택배로 이미 왔는데도 설치관련 안내가 전혀없는등 아직까지 서비스가 준비되어있지 않는 듯 합니다. 물건을 잘 만드는 것 만큼 보다 서비스도 개선되기를 바랍니다. I liked the price and model, so I bought an Inus bidet (including installation fee), but I tried ARS several times to ask for installation questions, but I can't connect and I wonder why the ARS is running. And even though the goods have already been delivered by courier, there is no information on installation. I hope the service will be improved as much as I make things well.
J	Joseph Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 인테리어 알아보시는 분들 많으실텐데 이누스바스는 거르셔도 좋겠습니다. 시공 후 2년도 안되어 샤워기 수전이 부숴졌네요. 물난리 날뻔 해서 시공사에 전화했더니 증거가 없으면 보상이 안된다는 이야기에 1차 분노, 기사 나가면 5만원 내라는 말에 2차 분노, 본사 콜센터는 3번 전화해도 안받아 3차분노, 전화상담 접수하니 수전 택배로 달랑 보내준다는 말에 설치는요? 물으니 그제서야 기사예약은 도착후 잡아준답니다.
