★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아무리 운전하는 일이 힘들더라도 한두번도 아니고 기사님들이 말씀을 너무 손님들께 과하게 하시네요 ^^; 제가 내리면서 기사님꼐 죄송하지만 다음부턴 말조심 해주셨으면 좋겠다는 말을 하자마자 정신병자라는 소리를 들었습니다 동아여객 은 직원들 서비스관리를 안 하나보죠?
No matter how difficult it is to drive, it is not once or twice, but the knighthoods are too much to talk to the guests ^^; I am sorry to hear that, but when I told you I wanted you to keep my mind on it the next time, I heard you were a psycho.

용원에서 하단까지 20분 탔는데 버스가 얼마나 후졌는지 멀미나고 두통오네요
차가 너무 심하게 덜컹거립니다
부산대중교통과 환승도 안되고 버스도 후지고.....
그동안 돈 많이 벌었으니 고객을 좀 생각해서 버스 좀 교체하세요
그리고 환승도 되게하시구요

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 손님에게 폭언을 일삼는 아주 상식이하의 수준떨어지는 기사들이 근무하는 몰상식한 회사. 사과를 요구해도 미적지근한 반응으로 본인들이 잘못을 해도 주변에서 지적해줄 사람이 없고 그저 감싸주기에 바쁜, 자정작용을 잃은 회사입니다. 대단한 친절을 바라는게 아니고 최상의 서비스를 제공해 달라는 뜻이 아닙니다. 최소한 사람사이 지켜야 할 예절조차 지키지 않고 그런 근무태도의 기사들을 방임하는 무책임한 회사입니다. 손님에게 폭언을 해도 제대로 된 사과도 하지 않고 흐지부지 넘어가는 최악의 회사입니다. 그 회사에 그 직원이겠지요. 별 하나도 아깝습니다. 이런식으로 일해도 월급을 따박따박 받아갈 수 있다면 저도 입사하고싶네요^^ 좋으시겠어요, 다들 불만이 이만저만이 아닌데도 독과점이라 이 버스밖에 못쓰니까요.
A malicious company where the knights are working at very low levels of common sense to make ridicule to their guests. Even if I demand an apology, I will not be able to point out my mistakes even though I am mistaken in my reaction. It does not mean you want great kindness, it does not mean you want to provide the best service. At least, it is irresponsible company to leave the articles of such a working attitude without keeping even the manners that should be kept among the people. It is the worst company that does not apologize even if it makes a rhetoric to a guest, I think that company is the employee. One star is not enough. If you can get paid even if you work like this, I would like to join you too ^ ^ I think you are good, because everyone is not alone but the monopoly is only a bus.

1년여 전 쯤에 웅천 신도시에 이사오게 되어 원래 생활권이던 부산쪽으로 가기 위해 이 회사 버스를 이용하게 되었습니다. 증차 수요가 많음에도 증차하지 않아 이용에 불편함이 많은 것은 둘째치고, 부산쪽에서 들어오는 버스까지 회사차원에서 밀어내어 웅천, 용원 일대를 교통섬화 시키는 것도 모자라 기사님들까지 전반적으로 아주 불친절하십니다. 부득이 이용하게 된 버스이고, 최상 최고의 서비스를 바라고 타는 버스는 결코 아니지만 돈을 내고 갑질을 당할 이유는 없지 않습니까? 절대적으로 이용 자제를 추천드리고 싶은 회사입니다.

About a year ago, I moved to the new town of Uncheon, so I used this company bus to go to Busan, where I was originally living. Apart from being inconvenient to use as there is no increase in trains even though there is a lot of demand, even the drivers are very unfriendly in general because it is not enough to push the buses coming in from Busan at the corporate level to make traffic islands in Uncheon and Yongwon areas. It's a bus you've come to use inevitably, and it's never a bus hoping for the best and best service, but there's no reason to pay for it. This is a company I would like to absolutely recommend refraining from using.
