인제군청 인근에 위치한 메밀국수 전문점.
순메밀 국수라는 이름에 걸맞게 이곳 면 메밀 함량 100%!!!
그런데 면발이 무척 가는 편이고 부드러워 다시 물어보니 정말 100% 라고...
비법을 물어 보니 예전부터 이어온 노우하우와 요즘 반죽 및 제면 기계가 잘 나와서 그렇다고 웃으며 말씀 하시며 오히려 손님들이 밀가루 섞는 것 아니냐고 많이 물어보신다고 불평도 말씀하신다... ㅎㅎ
이곳의 맛에 대한 평가를 간단히 말하자면 "정갈하고 깔끔한 기교 없는 순수한 강원도 막국수의 진수를 느낄 수 있는 곳" 이란 표현을 하고 싶다.
개인적으로 물막국수 맛이 훌륭한데 간이 세지 않은 동치미 국물 만의 슴슴하며 깔끔한 맛의 막국수로 처음엔 별 맛 없다가 거의 다 먹어갈 때 맛 있는 듯 하고 나중에 지나서 그 맛이 생각나서 다시 또 먹고 싶어지는 그런 느낌?...
감자전 또한 쫄깃함 보다는 부드러운 맛으로 감자 본연의 맛을 잘 살린 사이드메뉴로서 훌륭한 역활을 한다.
외지인들 보다 현지인들이 더 많이 찾는 것을 보니 인구 많지 않은 인제에서 이처럼 오랜 역사를 이어온 이유를 알 수 있는 곳으로 개인적으로도 좋은 평가를 하고 싶다.
단 새콤 달콤한 맛이 강하고 자극적이며 기교 부린 맛깔 나는 막국수를 찾으시는 분 들은 맞지 않을 수 있으니 참고하시길...

True to the name of pure buckwheat noodles, the noodles here contain 100% buckwheat!!!
However, the noodles are very thin and soft, and when I ask again, they say it is 100%...
When I asked for the secret, he said that the know-how he had been doing since the past and the dough and noodle making machines have come out so well these days, and he said with a smile, and he complained that customers often asked if he was mixing flour... hehe
In a nutshell, I would like to express the evaluation of the taste of this place as "a place where you can feel the essence of pure Gangwon-do makguksu without finesse."
Personally, the taste of mul makguksu is great, but it has a mild and clean taste of dongchimi soup, which is not too salty. ...
Potato jeon also has a soft taste rather than chewiness, and it plays a great role as a side menu that makes good use of the original taste of potatoes.
Seeing that more locals visit than foreigners, I would like to personally give a good evaluation as a place where you can understand the reason for such a long history in Inje, which is not very populated.
If you are looking for delicious makguksu with a strong, stimulating, and sophisticated sweet and sour taste, please note that it may not be for you...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 메밀국수 맛있어요~ 별미 옥수수 동동주와 수육도 부드럽고 좋았어요~ 감자전을 못 먹었는데 다음에 꼭 먹어보고 싶네요~
Buckwheat noodles are delicious~ The delicacy corn dongdongju and beef broth were soft and good~ I haven’t eaten potato pancakes, but I definitely want to try them next time~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 인제를 지나가다 막국수 먹으러 갔어요~좀 늦은 시간이라 급하게 먹었지만 맛있게 먹었어요.쫄깃한 감자전도 좋았어요^^
I passed by Inje and went to eat makguksu~ It was a bit late, so I ate it in a hurry, but it was delicious. Chewy potato pancakes were also good^^
