주말 손님도 꽤 있음
워낙에 유명한 브랜드인데다 이 브랜드는 인구가 적은 바닷가에도 지점이 있음
특허받은 사골육수를 쓴다는데 원래 짬뽕육수는 돼지뼈나 닭뼈+닭발을 쓰는게
정석이라고함 무슨 한약재도 들어간다던데...
맛은 딱 기본적인 짬뽕이고 호불호가 없을 맛임 누구나 好할 맛입니다
특히 탕수육은 찹쌀이 들어가서 바삭함 속의 쫀득함을 선사합니다
인테리어는 프랜차이즈 답게 밝고 깨끗함 프랜차이즈에 대한 불편한 시각이
있더라도 위생에 관련해서는 지인과 식사를 하게 되면 동네 배달 중화요리집에서는
약속 장소로 잡기에는 부족한게 사실임
하지만 약속이나 한듯이 전국 모든 매장에서 메추리알 하나, 깐 새우 하나, 조갯살 4개, 굴 4개
들어간 짬뽕을 내어 주는데 보통 해물이 푸짐한 짬뽕을 생각하는 범주에서보면
8천원이라는 가격은 조금 실망스럽다 할 수 있겠습니다
반찬은 전국 공통의 단무지, 김치, 양파, 춘장 콤비네이션이고
좀 다른 특색이 있다면 이비가는 인공색소가 빠진 단무지를 씁니다. 칭찬해줄 부분입니다
지인, 특히 상대방이 여성이 포함되어있다면 화장실이나 위생을 신경 쓰는게 좋기에
추천드립니다.
주차는 대로변은 차량 통행량이 많으니 건물 모퉁이 골목에 하시면 되겠습니다.
휴무는 매주 화요일이니 잘 체크해보시길 권합니다.
마지막으로 화장실은 역시 프랜차이즈 답게 깨끗하고 관리가 잘되고 있습니다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이비가는 두번째방문인데 처음가곳에선 짬뽕 이곳에선 짜장 먹었는데 짜장이 면과소스가 따로노는것같아서 별로였던.. 단 탕수육은 두번째인데도 역시나 맛이었던...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 짜장, 탕수육, 짬뽕 시켰는데 진짜 맛없었어요. 이비가짬뽕이 아니라 이비안가짬뽕으로 바꿔야할것 같아요. 짜장은 간이 하나도 안됐고 탕수육은 씹을때마다 기름이 나와서 진짜 별로였어요. 그리고 짬뽕은 짬뽕 맛집이라고 할정도는 아니고 신기하게 국물을 면이랑 같이먹으면 맛 없는데 밥말아서 먹으니까 먹을만 했어요.

진한 사골과 해물 육수, 고춧가루의 칼칼함.
면발도 부드럽고 좋음.
문제는 자주바뀌는 주방의 숙련도...
체인마다 맛이 다른 이유.
신라면도 끓이는 사람마다 맛이 다른걸 생각하면
체인점 점주의 노력이 관건.
