많은 피자 브랜드 중 인상 깊은 것이 피자알볼로이다.
브랜드 이미지가 좋고
건강하고 맛있는 피자를 제공해 주는것 같다.
개인적으로는 도미노 피자 보다 맛이 좋고 이상한 할인 정책으로 고객을 고생시키지 않아서 좋다.
하와이언 피자, 단호박 피자 두개를 주문했다.
단호박 피자가 특히 맛이 좋았다.
여기는 도우가 아주 특별하다.
흑미가 들어간것 처럼 검고 맛이 아주 담백하다.
먹으면서 건강하고 기분 좋아진다.
또하나의 특징은 수제 피클을 만들어서 제공한다는 점이다.
보통 피자 배달 브랜드는 통조림 피클을 사용하는데
피자알볼로 피클은 수제다.
그래서 신선하고 맛이 깨끗하다.
차별화는 힘들고 노력이 많이 들어간다.
하지만 그러기때문에 고객이 기억하고 다시 찾는것이 아닐까?

One of the most impressive pizza brands is Pizza Albolo.
Good brand image
It seems to serve healthy and delicious pizza.
Personally, I like it because it tastes better than Domino's pizza and doesn't bother customers with strange discounts.
I ordered two Hawaiian pizzas and two pumpkin pizzas.
The sweet pumpkin pizza was especially delicious.
The dough is very special here.
It is black and tastes very light like black rice.
Eat and feel healthy.
Another feature is that they offer homemade pickles.
Usually pizza delivery brands use canned pickles
Pizza albolo pickles are homemade.
So fresh and clean taste.
Differentiation is hard and laborious.
But is that why the customer remembers and looks back?
