D	Daegun Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 매장 입구에서부터 레트로 일색의 분위기가 풍기는 인계동 껍데기 인계본점 입니다. 초록색 플라스틱 용기, 델몬트 유리 쥬스병, 수저까지 컨셉에 맞게 잘 갖춰져있습니다. 사진에 보이는 메뉴는 벽돌껍데기 인데, 가게이름은 껍데기지만 껍데기만 팔지는 않고 고기와 껍데기가 섞인것과 살코기도 함께 판매합니다. 구울고기가 도착하면 연탄불을 넣어줍니다. 대부분 직원이 구워준다고 되어있었는데 바쁜시간이라 저희 ㅌ이블은 구워주지않아 직접 구워먹었습니다. 눌러붙지 않게 자주 뒤집어주시면 됩니다. 껍데기가 적절히 섞여있어 아주 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 소스가 어려종류 준비 되어있어 입맛에 따라 골라먹을 수 있어 좋았습니다. 공기밥을 추가하였는데 단돈 천원에 그릇에 가득찬 흰 밥에다 스팸 한덩어리를 얹어줍니다. 밥도 적당히 가벼운게 고기와 스팸과 함께 먹기 좋았습니다. 파절임도 계란 노른자를 추가하여주는데, 특별한 맛이나 좋았습니다. 메뉴와 서비스 모두 일반적인 체인점 수준이었습니다. 가격도 저렴하거나 보통정도로 생각됩니다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점이 있다면 쌈류의 신선도가 그리 좋아보이지는 않았습니다.
