함흥면으로 얇은 전분면을 직접 뽑아서 만드는 맛있는 냉면 입니다.
비빔냉면에 설탕과 겨자를 충분히 넣고 비벼 먹으면 새로운 맛이 납니다.
(단, 식초는 넣지 마세요. 겨자향에 신맛이 씁쓸해 집니다.)
뜨거운 육수와 함께 드세요.
아무도 몰랐던 코가 뻥 뚤리는 맛을 느끼실 겁니다.^^
